WELCOME!!!
Welcome to my Diaryland Fit Club! Unlike the "Celebrity Fit Club," there is no competition, and if we all play right, we'll all be losers and thus all be winners. There are no teams, we are all 1 team.
Here are some tools to help you prepare. We will oficially launch on November 1, 2006. Until then, use these tools or others to weigh in, measure up and set your goals. If you are a member of Diaryland, sign up by clicking "JOIN" at the bottom of the scale and be a part of the "fun." If you aren't yet a member, that's ok, send me and email and I'll add you to the list and send you the code! fear
Tuesday, Oct. 31, 2006 9:49 p.m.

I realized something the other day. I am afraid of dieting, specifically I am afraid of losing weight. I think I figured it out though.

Every time in my life when I have achieved significant weight loss, it has been followed by an equally significant event. The first time, I lost about 50 pounds on Nutrisystem. Before gaining back a single pound I got divorced the first time. The second time, through hypnosis, I divorced #2. The third time (Weight Watchers), I got married to MOTH (I didn't say they were necessarily BAD significant events!).

Now those weight losses in no way influenced those events, in fact it's really more the opposite. But perhaps I have just internally paired the loss of weight and big events and that's what's making me feel afraid.

So.....Now that I realize it, I should be no longer be afraid, right?
