Welcome to my Diaryland Fit Club! Unlike the "Celebrity Fit Club," there is no competition, and if we all play right, we'll all be losers and thus all be winners. There are no teams, we are all 1 team.
Here are some tools to help you prepare. We will oficially launch on November 1, 2006. Until then, use these tools or others to weigh in, measure up and set your goals.
